Lying at the foot of Pendle Hill, Burnley and its surrounding areas has a legacy still closely embedded in its past as a cotton town.  Growing up around the Leeds Liverpool Canal, Burnley was inevitably shaped by its reliance upon the weaving industry.  As a thriving mill town, the industrial revolution brought many opportunities, along with row upon row of terraced housing to accommodate the workers.

Burnley’s demise was a major local issue, and we now see on going works for the regeneration of the town.  Funds have been secured from many different areas, and the shoots of renewal are beginning to grow in all areas - the town centre being one of them.

So is Burnley a good choice for Investment?

The need to turn around and boost the area’s housing market has really been recognised, and the local council has taken this on board, working closely with partners to ensure the success of the plans.  The transformation did not happen overnight, and Burnley had solid foundations upon which to build.  The proximity of the M65 and the motorway network puts us in a prime spot for commuting to Manchester to the South, Liverpool to the West and Leeds to the East.  All this, and wherever you are in the town, you are within 5 minutes of the rolling countryside which surrounds us!
